attended Cardinal Newman High School and received his BA in Communication and minor in Theatre from the University of Southern California.  Ryan

began working in the music business after college and began co-managing a rock band, System Of a Down, but soon found himself back home studying real

estate under his father’s guidance and mentorship. Having received many awards, Ryan is most proud of his feature in REALTORS® Magazine’s June 2004

“30 Under 30″ issue, along with being one of the founding member’s and Past-President’s for the Santa Rosa Chapter of REALTORS®. Ryan currently serves

on the Local Government Relations and Grievance Committee’s with the North Bay Association of REALTORS®.  In his downtime, Ryan is a member with

the Active 20-30 Club Santa Rosa #50 and serves as President of a 50 I©3 non-profit, TaraSun Animal Rescue Retreat, which provides care to abandoned,

abused, ill and dying animals.  In addition, when Ryanb is not volunteering or assisting with the purchase and selling of real estate, he enjoys playing

water polo, swimming, trail running, mountain biking, tennis, golf, yoga and soccer.

Other interests include photography, oceanography and traveling.
