Graduating from California State University Sacramento, in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Management and becoming a Real Estate Broker in 1979 has given me the opportunity to be involved in the most wonderful business in the world.  Owning more than a few Real Estate companies including one with 500 agents, 11 offices, in 4 counties, a medium sized Real Estate Franchise firm and a few very small companies has given me a real sense of what this business is all about.  Being well versed in the business of Real Estate, and the marketing, listing and selling of homes, land, and multi-unit investment properties, along with being a very good negotiator, and having a good working knowledge of creative financing, has enabled my clients to realize their dreams of real estate ownership.  Having experience in being an investor, and a landlord, gives my clients the ability to become involved in the investing of real estate if they so desire. Working very closely with a very good team of lenders that are up to date on all of the new financing available in today’s market, gives my clients the best, and most up to date information, for their particular situation.  Using a team of Real Estate Attorneys and CPA’s, to help families through the maze of entering into a Short Sale, Foreclosure, Loan Modification, or Bankruptcy gives my clients all the information, and confidence needed, along with peace of mind, to make the right decisions.
