My name is Christopher List. I am a realtor, and community leader, who is dedicated to helping clients buy and sell residential properties in the Puget Sound area of Washington State. From my 6th Avenue Business District office in Tacoma, I work with clients from South Sound to Seattle, including Mercer Island. As part of the Connect Realty team, I value, market, and deliver maximum exposure to any property for sale, and help locate and offer a speedy, competitive, purchase offering for clients looking to buy property. With approximately 87% of prospective property buyers and sellers going first to the internet to look at properties, I use Internet technology, in addition to print, signage, and open houses, to market properties to the maximum amount of people. Using streaming video instead of static photographs, and using multiple websites, including Realtor.com (where approximately 78% of internet clients look)  my listings will always reach a huge market share of buyers.
