Through both the adverse market conditions and the days of higher prosperity it is the Quality Improvement Process business model that guides Rich Harger. With 15 years in Corporate America and 17 years as a Real Professional, Rich has a wealth of experience to guide the Florida market as the State Broker.  

Rich’s entrepreneurial skills were put to the test in 2003 when Rich obtained his real estate broker license in Florida and purchased his first Exit Realty franchise. By January 2007 Rich was the broker and owner of 5 offices and recruited over 470 agents into his Orlando based company.

During 2007, Rich experienced first hand the impact of the sluggish economy and market correction which resulted in reduced agent productivity. Agent’s were searching for higher visibility on the internet and increased commission splits. Rich’s management team worked tirelessly to replace the costly brick and mortar offices with a virtual platform. Rich soon found out that purchasing leading edge technology was cost prohibitive as an independent broker.   A change was eminent.

With exceptional recruiting skills, coupled with the support from Corporate Rich’s team is poised to grow Connect Realty exponentially in 2010.  Rich is a Veteran of the US Air Force and served during the Viet Nam Conflict. He holds a commercial pilots license, multiengine and an instrument instructor rating. He is the proud father of Rich Harger, Jr. who is a 22 year veteran of Tennessee Air National Guard and has served our country globally; he is also a Licensed Tennessee Real Estate Broker. Rich is inspired by his excellent half & best friend Francisca and her daughter Shamaria.
